I am thrilled you stumbled upon this little slice of the internet I’ve commandeered.
The internet can truly be a source of fuel for my anxiety, so the fact that your scroll or search landed you here, I’m excited! I hope you find something that makes you happy, feel inspired, encouraged, or, simply, less lonely.
When I started this blog in 2018, I had zero direction. I wasn’t exactly sure what my plans were. I thought food blogging would be fun, but I’m not organized in the kitchen enough for that. I attempted some different themed posts, which I loved, but there wasn’t a huge passion there. I attempted a month of FRIENDS themed recipes, but my mental health plummeted and I never finished it. Holidays, dogs, motherhood, etc., I have a lot of interests, but I was just overwhelmed and couldn’t stick with anything.
Finally, I’ve returned to this idea of blogging with a clear vision of what I am here to talk about, and that is Mental Health.
Prioritizing my mental health is at the forefront of my everyday life, because without making sure I am mindful of my brain, I cannot function properly. So, the theme for this blog is now crystal clear.
So, again, WELCOME! Whatever walk of life you find yourself in, I am positive you will be able to find something new or helpful tucked between the pages of my blog.
A few facts about me, I am a mama to 2 German shorthaired pointers and one human. I am a personal development junkie, therapy enthusiast, enneagram 7w8, lover of all things festive, spontaneous and adventurous.
